These terms govern your use of the moldr application ("moldr", "the app"). By installing or using moldr, you agree to them.

License

moldr grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Macs you own or control, for your own use. The app and its design remain the property of its makers.

What you may not do

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
• Use the app to violate any applicable law or another person's rights.

Updates

moldr may release updates that add, change, or remove features. We aim to keep it compatible with current macOS releases, but specific features may evolve over time.

The app works with other software

moldr arranges windows and can launch apps and reopen content in apps like Finder, browsers, and terminals. Those apps are made by others and behave on their own terms; moldr is not responsible for their behavior or content.

Disclaimer of warranty

moldr is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use it at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the makers of moldr are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost work or data.

Purchases and refunds

moldr is a one-time purchase, processed by our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record. If it isn't right for you, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee — email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Termination

This license ends if you stop using the app or breach these terms. You may stop using moldr at any time by quitting and removing it.
